한국어
아크솔브(ARC-SOLVE)(이하 “회사”)는 iPhone·iPad 앱 ArcSolve Viewer(이하 “앱”)에서 다루는 정보를 이 방침으로 안내합니다. 앱은 문서를 열어 보고 일부 형식을 편집하는 문서 뷰어입니다.
이 방침은 앱에 적용합니다. 회사 웹사이트의 이용은 ArcSolve 개인정보처리방침이 안내합니다.
처리하는 정보
- 회사는 앱을 통해 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 앱에는 회원 가입·로그인·광고·사용 분석·추적 기능이 없습니다. 이런 기능을 하는 외부 SDK도 없습니다.
- 앱에는 회사나 다른 회사의 서버로 정보를 보내는 기능이 없습니다.
- 앱이 기억하는 정보(서명, 책갈피, 마지막으로 읽은 위치 등)는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장합니다.
- 회사가 개인정보를 받는 경우는 사용자가 회사에 직접 문의할 때뿐입니다. 아래 문의할 때 처리하는 정보를 보세요.
사용자가 여는 문서
- 앱은 사용자가 고른 파일을 그 자리에서 엽니다. 파일은 앱의 문서 브라우저나 다른 앱의 공유·“다른 앱에서 열기”로 고릅니다. 편집한 내용은 원래 파일에 저장합니다. 전자 서명이 있는 PDF나 원래 형식으로 저장할 수 없는 이미지처럼 원래 파일에 쓸 수 없는 문서는 사본으로만 저장합니다.
- 파일이 iCloud Drive나 다른 파일 제공 앱에 있으면 그 파일의 보관과 동기화는 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다. 앱은 자체 iCloud 저장 공간이나 동기화 기능을 쓰지 않습니다.
- 앱의 문서 폴더는 파일 앱의 “나의 iPhone”(iPad에서는 “나의 iPad”) 아래 “ArcSolve Viewer” 폴더입니다. 이 폴더의 파일은 사용자가 관리합니다. 기기를 컴퓨터에 연결하면 Finder의 파일 공유에서도 이 폴더의 파일을 볼 수 있습니다.
- 앱은 문서 내용을 회사에 보내지 않습니다.
기기 안에 저장되는 정보
앱은 기능을 위해 아래 정보를 기기의 앱 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 앱은 이 정보를 직접 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. OS 백업은 아래 설명을 따릅니다.

- 암호가 걸린 문서(PDF·HWP)의 암호는 문서를 여는 동안에만 쓰고 저장하거나 보내지 않습니다.
- 캐시와 임시 파일을 뺀 위 정보는 iPhone·iPad 백업(iCloud 백업 또는 컴퓨터 백업)에 함께 들어갈 수 있습니다. 백업은 Apple이나 사용자의 컴퓨터가 보관합니다. 회사는 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보와 “ArcSolve Viewer” 폴더의 파일이 기기에서 지워집니다. 다른 위치(iCloud Drive, 다른 앱, 공유한 사본, 이전 백업)의 파일과 정보는 앱 삭제로 지워지지 않습니다.
권한과 자동 수집 장치
- 앱은 사진·카메라·마이크·위치·연락처·블루투스·알림 등 iOS 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 파일과 폴더는 사용자가 직접 고른 것만 엽니다.
- 앱은 쿠키나 광고 식별자 같은 자동 수집 장치를 쓰지 않습니다.
iOS 기능과 외부 링크
- 문서 안의 웹 링크를 누르면 앱이 아니라 iOS(Safari 등 기본 앱)가 엽니다. 그 뒤의 처리는 해당 앱과 사이트의 정책을 따릅니다.
- 시작 화면 “더 보기…” 메뉴의 “도움말”과 “개인정보 처리방침”은 Safari에서 회사 웹사이트를 엽니다. 웹사이트의 처리는 ArcSolve 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- 앱은 Markdown 문서가 가리키는 인터넷 주소의 그림을 내려받지 않습니다.
- 이미지의 글자 인식(Live Text), Office·iWork 등의 미리보기, 프린트, 공유는 iOS 기능이 처리합니다. 웹 주소를 참조하는 문서(HTML, 웹 아카이브 등)를 iOS 미리보기나 프린트로 표시할 때의 동작은 iOS가 정합니다. 회사는 이 과정의 정보를 받지 않습니다.
Apple이 제공하는 앱 분석
사용자가 iOS 설정의 “개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 분석 및 향상”에서 “앱 개발자와 공유”를 켜면, Apple은 충돌 정보와 앱 사용 통계를 회사에 제공할 수 있습니다. Apple은 이 정보를 집계하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로만 제공합니다. 이 정보의 수집과 전달은 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 같은 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
문의할 때 처리하는 정보
문의의 처리 항목·보유 기간·처리 서비스는 ArcSolve 개인정보처리방침이 안내합니다. 앱은 문의를 자동으로 전송하지 않습니다. 문의에는 비밀번호나 불필요한 개인 기록을 넣지 마세요.
정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
- 사용자는 회사가 처리하는 자신의 개인정보(문의 기록)에 대해 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의처로 요청하면 확인 절차를 안내하고 처리합니다.
- 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 사람도 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 안에 저장되는 정보는 회사가 볼 수 없습니다. 사용자가 위 표의 방법으로 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
안전성 확보 조치
- 앱은 저장한 서명에 iOS 데이터 보호를 적용합니다. 기기가 잠겨 있으면 서명 파일을 읽을 수 없습니다.
- 출시 앱의 진단 로그에는 문서 이름·경로와 오류 원문을 공개 값으로 남기지 않습니다.
- 앱은 기기 밖으로 정보를 보내지 않으므로 회사 서버에 앱 사용자의 정보를 두지 않습니다.
아동
앱은 나이와 관계없이 누구에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 계정이 없고 연령을 묻지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 문의할 때는 법정대리인과 함께 문의해 주세요.

방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 버전과 시행일을 게시합니다. 이전 버전은 변경 이력에서 볼 수 있습니다. 앱이 정보를 수집하게 되는 변경이 있으면, 그 기능을 넣기 전에 이 방침과 App Store의 개인정보 항목을 먼저 고칩니다.
English
ARC-SOLVE (“we”) explains in this policy what information ArcSolve Viewer (the “App”) for iPhone and iPad handles. The App is a document viewer that opens documents and edits some formats.
This policy applies to the App. If the English text differs from the Korean text, the Korean text prevails. Our websites are covered by the ArcSolve Privacy Policy.
Information we handle
- We do not collect personal information through the App.
- The App has no sign-up, sign-in, advertising, usage analytics, or tracking. It contains no third-party SDK for those purposes.
- The App has no feature that sends information to our servers or to any third party’s servers.
- Information the App remembers (signatures, bookmarks, last reading position, and so on) is stored only on your device.
- We receive personal information only when you contact us directly. See Information we handle when you contact us.
Documents you open
- The App opens files you choose, in place. You choose files in the App’s document browser, or through Share or “Open in…” in another app. Your edits are saved to the original file. Documents the App cannot write back, such as PDFs with a digital signature or images it cannot save in their original format, are saved only as a copy.
- If a file is in iCloud Drive or another file provider app, its storage and sync follow that service’s policy. The App does not use its own iCloud storage or sync.
- The App’s document folder is the “ArcSolve Viewer” folder under “On My iPhone” (“On My iPad” on iPad) in the Files app. You manage the files in this folder. When you connect the device to a computer, Finder file sharing also shows the files in this folder.
- The App does not send document contents to us.
Information stored on your device
The App keeps the information below in its storage on your device for its features. The App does not transmit this information itself. OS backups are described below.

- Passwords for protected documents (PDF, HWP) are used only while opening the document. They are never stored or sent.
- Except caches and temporary files, the information above may be included in your iPhone or iPad backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup). Apple or your computer keeps backups. We cannot access them.
- Deleting the App removes the information above and the files in the “ArcSolve Viewer” folder from the device. Files and information elsewhere (iCloud Drive, other apps, shared copies, earlier backups) are not removed.
Permissions and automatic collection
- The App does not request iOS permissions such as Photos, Camera, Microphone, Location, Contacts, Bluetooth, or notifications. It opens only files and folders you choose.
- The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or other automatic collection tools.
iOS features and external links
- Web links in a document are opened by iOS (Safari or your default app), not by the App. What happens next follows that app’s and website’s policies.
- “도움말” (Help) and “개인정보 처리방침” (Privacy Policy) in the “더 보기…” (More) menu on the launch screen open our website in Safari. The website follows the ArcSolve Privacy Policy.
- The App does not download web images that a Markdown document points to.
- Live Text in images, previews of Office and iWork documents, printing, and sharing are handled by iOS. When iOS previews or prints a document that references web addresses (such as HTML or web archives), iOS decides that behavior. We receive no information from these steps.
App analytics provided by Apple
If you turn on “Share With App Developers” in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements, Apple may provide crash data and app usage statistics to us. Apple provides them only in aggregated form or in a form that does not personally identify you. Apple’s privacy policy governs this collection and transfer. You can turn it off at any time in the same setting.
Information we handle when you contact us
The ArcSolve Privacy Policy covers inquiry data, retention and service providers. The App does not send inquiries automatically. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal records in your inquiry.
Your rights and how to use them
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we handle about you (your inquiry records), or to stop processing it. Send your request to the contact below. We will explain how we confirm your identity and then handle the request.
- A legal representative or a person you authorize can also make the request.
- We cannot see the information stored on your device. You can delete it yourself as shown in the table above.
Safeguards
- The App applies iOS Data Protection to saved signatures. The signature file cannot be read while the device is locked.
- Diagnostic logs in the released App do not record document names, paths, or error details as public values.
- The App does not send information off the device, so we keep no App user information on our servers.
Children
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age. The App has no accounts and does not ask your age. Children under 14 should contact us together with a legal guardian.

When this policy changes, we post the new version and its effective date on this page. Earlier versions are available in the change history. If a change would make the App collect information, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before adding that feature.
